When Should I Expect A Response?

  • Within One Business day:  We respond to all support requests within one business day to help get a better understanding of the issue and how we can help fix it.
  • Replacement Parts:  We stock a wide range of replacement parts for our bikes at our expansive Asheville facility and our support team works to ensure replacement parts are in stock and ready to ship as needed.
  • How Long Does It Take To Get Parts:   Generally speaking, replacement parts that are in stock should ship 1-2 business days after an order is created. If it is a warranty item that's in stock and all requirements have been made to meet warranty replacement, such as sending in the damaged item for assessment, we will ship it out within 1-2 business days.
